The Directors of MGC Pharmaceuticals Ltd request that the Company’s securities be placed in a voluntary trading
halt immediately in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1 pending a material announcement in relation to a
material agreement regarding the Company’s European operations.
The Company requests that the trading halt end on the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on
Monday 5 June 2017, or when the announcement referred to above is released to the market.
