    Nice dream smoke dog, but only other scenario is that an investor has rocked up to take the entire raising at 1.5 cents, but even that makes no sense given they could have just participated in the raising normally.

    APY simply can't go to market to raise money 8% above market, I am hoping the reset price isn't below 1.1 cents. 8-(
