Given the chance to grow organically vs raise capital and reach growth targets faster, I would choose the latter if it meant that my cut-off grade was reduced significantly and the ROI on the capital raised lifted the overall average ROI for the company.
I doubt this management team would raise capital for anything other than an obvious opportunity to increase returns in the shortest time possible.
