You are the man!

I rang Veritas Securities in Sydney. They confirmed the following;

1. They are handling the CR
2. The CR just closed at midday today
3. That it was open to Sophisticated Investors and Institutions
4. That no more details could be given

So I missed out and will BUY on market when the TA's are right. They were right, so let's see when the TH is lifted.
