IMO, while I am hoping that I am wrong, don't expect any increased offer, because the SoA hasn't been totally withdrawn. If it was withdrawn it could be different, but not before.
All-the-while I am prepared to expect some more doom and gloom for us by the IE to support what they have recommended us to do in the first place in having to vote "FOR" the SoA.
If they thought that there could be some good news, they would have tried to tell us, but they didn't. And they are under a signed agreement to support only the SoA nothing else. DON'T FORGET THAT.
