Can someone please explain what Ironside have to do with the whole short fall take up? As I understand up to $2Mil of shortfall shares have been committed to (maybe not anymore) by Otsanna and another Insto investor totaling the $2Mil. What the hell have Ironside got to do with anything financially? Very confused.
Also reading the conditions (of which there are many) of Ironsides involvement in whatever the hell it is and it looks like one of the parties have pulled their commitment.
