This trading halt is relating the shortfall placement of entitlement shares by ironside capital at 4c since the shareholders didn't take it up.
I am more curious if the total shortfall $less than 2mil ish has been allocated to anyone at 4c if so then this will definitely go up after this announcement without anything else.
If the terms of the deal have changed (which i doubt they couldn't do it even if they wanted to without shareholder approval you would think) this would be the worst outcome
I just don't understand why Trading halt was requested at 3pm instead from this morning to keep an orderly market............
Anyone a client of ironside here that could shed some light????
