Yep, I got the same email. Tempting discount at 1.2 but by the time it settles the SP will probably be under a cent. No company raises 500k unless they are really struggling!
I am not trading this stock from here on, too much risk of indefinite suspension, administration, etc.
IOT would have to be the biggest pump and dump I have ever seen on the ASX. So much dodgy activity and so many misleading announcements.
Someone please write a book on IOT once the dust settles, so much great content to work with!
