as much as I think it will be SFR and RB/CW - after all they've been going around buying everyone else who is running out of cash - I'd prefer it to be GG because then someone else agrees they are on to something big.
and maybe i'm reading too much between the lines but very interesting it's a JV not an earn-in/farm-as JV typically relates to a more proven/substantial project .... unless poor choice of language by the company in the announcement and it's actually a farm-in leading to a formal JV.
