There is a saying raise cash when you don't need it for a time when you do need it and can not ,this is what I believe they are doing this or that they a growing a such a rapid rate they do not want to be caught short and have lack of funds reduce the current projected rate of expansion .

In our business, we always have excess cash/finance available and ready to go within 24 hours so that when an opportunity appears we can jump on it. And i assume that's what these guys are doing.

I'm still happily sitting on my shares.
