    Hey Itsa,
    Out of interest how would things have unfolded if it was a successful trial. What would be different?

    Would they just not bother putting in an IND application (would that be a wise move from a bargaining standpoint? Since if they can show they are capable of moving forward on their own they have more room to negotiate).


    Could you walk us through what announcements you could have seen from the company that would have made you think this trial was a success?
