The other thing I keep going back to is that the MD (or one of the senior guys, I can't recall which) was voted a large number of options of shares with a strike price of 80c to come into effect in September. The price was below this level when the resolution was made - why would the company (or the MD) care to do this is they didn't think the price was going to well above this point?
