Not likely locked...I wouldn't think so anyway. Identified opportunities and discussions already between one or more suitors possible but I just don't see a "done deal" and really I would rather have the approval in pocket because then negotiations are way more favorable for us I'd think....no guess work. And remember that Jon is really wanting to get that second molecule data asap because and I understand because remember that the second molecule is exactly like the first only better/more powerful so if first one is approved then the second will be a foregone conclusion really
