I think The Tanzanian Govt did a stupid thing, the damage has done even if the bill is not passed. So many companies having mining assets in Tanzania are in trading halt because of this news. This will have implication for investments in Tanzania in the long run.
The assets in the ground have no value until it is out of the ground, and the investors take high risks to get this out of the ground. If you keep on sending such messages to investors, no one will come to your country and invest.
