I still think this is an over reaction
Knl has no revenue and by all accounts is doing a lot of good in Tanzania and going by it the right way.i.e equator principles and certainly not 'unconscionable'

Looks like all money is being spent in tanzania by the conpany to get things done

Certainly it will cause more delays as contracts would need to be redone and negotiated

Eveything else with KNL appears solid
I suspect the banks will be wise to this but mote delays

Worst thing is uncertainty and that equals risk , I hope AS can help with this on wed
