16% free carried interest to Tanzanian government will now need to be factored in to the BFS. Plus 1% inspection fee on minerals.
All Mines proposed or currently operating will be subject to this.
This new legislation is just a grab for cash because since 1965 the corruption of Tanz pollies, leaders, elite and executive management has stripped billions of USD from the coffers to off shore accounts leaving the country pillaged.
Now FDI must pay.
