One thing to bear in mind is that the 16% free carry equity interest to the Govt does not impact debt financing as debt will always get first dibs before equity (but obviously as an equity holder, it will hurt us). It will almost definitely delay debt financing (and the banks will be rattled by the change and will want to be satisfied with everything), but for them once the dust settles (including passing of the 30-120 days timeframe for renegotiation of the mining arrangements), the asset is still largely the same.
