Hi anf0, yes it depends on your determination to view it that way I suppose and sovereign risk is high in these countries for that reason, one never knows. But didnt that Australia country also introduce a super mining tax some years ago, went down like a lead balloon from memory.
It will be interesting if the rules are applicable retrospectively, have you had a chance to do your detailed analysis on that yet?
