    I think WKT fall was that they just did a capital raising at 5.82 cents
    so providing VRC has short term funding under control and a prices higher than the close
    also that the Tanzanian policy changes won't impact greatly as other have said the price of graphite will rise in proportion then we be ok and may even rise
