That, I hope, has a lesser probability of happening as opposed to positive short term funding followed by some form of equity/JV participation by those approached by Matthews in his recent promotional travels.

As expected great news....Matthews and team pull off short term funding...at 5 cents convertible!!!..and NOT at the expense of small holders..!!question why would any investor put money into to a CN now IF they weren't sure of the immediate future of VRC??? ...next announcements I feel will be partners etc etc... rest now for a while
