i think VRC doesnt have any market sensitive agreements that can impact us - we have some to be made so ideal time for legislation be changed unlike MNS who have SEZ licencing - mining etc etc - could be significant for companies that have existing would be a step back - tho my gut tells me its to do with that gold company avoiding tax and dragging out the negotiations - so new ruling says 90 day neg limit.
