BAL has a lot more hurdles to jump over, not just licenses.
After 2018 the regulation of infant formula was speculated to be more strict and that will remove more brands from market. BAL sourced their milk powder from unnamed European farms, that is the most unacceptable because government would like to track the source of milk to ensure product quality. Regardless the sales of Bellamy has been bad I just don't see why there were still investors jump into this stock.
