Nothing new here, that power play has been in motion for over 20 years...the majority of Australians didn't want to see or face it then though as it was impacting them, politicians included. Many of our ex-politicians have jumped ship and become china investment advocates rather than looking to shore up our resources, reserves, capabilities and drive export.
It will get worse but dairy isn't the lead industry to fall by a long shot...cars, clothes and IT were before dairy and in the services sector we gave away our educational advantage, investment leverage and ground R&D to a halt through poor policy.
