I'm glad there are a few of us putting real thought into the TH..... I can't help but feel that people are looking for the bogey man under the bed, only to find that it's a product of their imagination?!
The prospectus clearly articulates risk associated wiht the CNCA licence, including:
7.22: Share purchase agreement - Acquisition
Conditions: " ..... In addition, certain notifications are required to be made to the CNCA in respect of the Acquisition following completion."
The market was advised that the acquisition was completed on 4 July, so without any other creditable information forthcoming, I'm of the opinion the suspension is an outcome of the CNCA being notified of the acquisition - and nothing more sinister then that (and doesn't warrant the conspiracy theories about China's business practices).
How BAL and Camperdown management address this issue is obviously very important, and no doubt there will be hurdles for them to overcome, but I think this is more a case of rubber stamping the change of ownership, then a complete abandon ship scenario.
As I said before, proceed with caution, but don't let posters sprucing unfounded scare mongering garbage undermine you - and definitely don't let them ruin your weekend.
