Interesting to go back and read the AR-2017.

The potential for a second bulk sampling project to exploit the deeps either solely or with a JV partner (page 8, para 2).

My speculation is that this is where Amer International will come on board. They will buy in and fund ramping up of mine operations for a shareholding of the Deeps. The infrastructure will serve both Talisman and Talisman deeps - purely speculation once again, but it's what I would do!
