No way man - Amer isn't even a mining company. They showed up when NTL had no cash and was valued at $4m. I reckon they just wanted to buy out a cheap ASX/NZX listed shell (and what a bargain it would have been).

If we're going into a JV it has to be with our existing JV partner NCM:ASX or perhaps OGC:ASX who are literally 15 minutes down the State Highway, have their own undergroud mine and are always running out of ore.
