No mate...... not 50% of the company. It is 50% of a project that includes the spodumene mining rights and later on a downstream processing facility to produce LCEs.
KDR remains 100% in the hands of shareholders and all the rights to gold remain with the company. It will be interesting how the gold mining and processing is going to play out.
