You are either forced to participate or see your shortfall go to CPS and cop massive dilution
IMO this raise is a little on the nose. The company would know a large amount of people will not participate and so the shortfall at 0.4c + free option is an absolute gift to underwriter or anyone taking up extra
They could have raised $1M and no free option, just done a placement to CPS ... people were paying 0.3/0.4 for the options on market, now they give a bundle away for free
Anyway I'll be applying for heads and overs to get set. Just have to wait for Solobo West, unless Serra hits nicely
