Better be good terms! I suspect so or the directors would have held out for better.
I was of the view that this wouldn't be needed (yet) and CKA would wait until things are further progressed and an (almost) inevitably higher share price. Obviously wrong on that, but it will be good to get it out of the way so it doesn't hold the SP back any further.
IMO it will go to 1 or a few sophisticated investors, keeps the register tidier so hopefully that is the case.
