alternatively, they are just trading it back and fourth, never taking to big a position. Over the past 1.5 years they traded close to 140M and their buy/sell averages are 8.03 and 8.19 cents (so better than their latest averages). That's a $220K profit
maybe they also short...there are still some 3M shorts open in the mid 6 cent range I believe...
