We can only assume they are active yet without evidence it means nothing. Assuming is not a good investment tool.
I am fully aware SDL have 9 months after to secure funding. I am also amazed investors know this and are happy seeing their investments stagnate and not progress while we await the outcome of the port and rail funding!!!!
How long has the wait been so far that SDL have been twiddling their thumbs in this funding domino limbo?
Hiw much longer before Cameroon show their hand in the the fundin of port and rail?
