Yes there is always somebody in the inner circle who has a privilege to information that the vast majority of us are not informed on. I personally think though that it is better to get the cap raise out of the way now anyway. If they did the cap raise after the results were known the share price would swing like a yo-yo and more than likely drop down to cap raise price anyway. Hopefully once the Jorc results are out there will be enough momentum to push the price up to a new level.
