Maybe Tolga has been kicking rocks over some more tailings dumps - remember the deep copper ores at Mt Isa have 1% Co and they did not recover it (probably it needed too much change to the front end of their process?) Surely they do recover it now.
And Tolga is in NQ where he is also director of the NCZ startup - they will reprocess the tailings of the depleted Century Zinc mine, and extract 2.5m tonnes of JORC zinc. (And earn rehab credits) (Info from recent coy presso)
