Hope so, but this will not be the ann we all hope.
The wording is absolutely clear it's an update! for example they need more tests, they decided to..., they need more time, etc.
if it would be THE ann SP should go north one or two days before ann. Fasten your seatbelt if this are not the results we can search our SP much lower. :-(
