Thanks for your post, as you made some very valid points, and something to think about for many reasons.

I agree with your thinking. I guess you have held for a while, believing, as all of us do, in the future of EMC/FLC.

Are we wanting great humane results, and investment returns at the same time? I wonder if that ever works, but I have tried here with FLC, as I am sure many others have tried, and kept the faith.

Giving away to who ever, at the current price would be insulting, for many reasons, so I hope, as you suggest, and others today, that there is a premium to the price.

I am not sure Ron would be happy either, if they paid the same as he did. I guess we will see, and as you say, the 'deal will tell you a lot about Management's priorities', so interesting to see what that is in reality.

Ah yes...apologies to the two sentence jockeys on here, as a bit more to read, so ignore, or comment as you wish, as always just my opinion.
