No I don't have inside knowledge. I haven't seen CRs done at a premium in the past at above the last trading price. If others have please share, but the fact we are yet to establish a JORC here so I would be 95% confident that the CR will be done at a discount to the last traded price. And also would probably be at best based on 5 day VWAP, or 5 day VWAP plus a discount. If got a better price than that suspect it would be because a Chinese buyer (in the downstream market) has got onboard in the now.
