Why non renounceable? It's unfair to some share holders who can't afford more shares but who cannot sell their RI options. The combination of institutional placement plus non renounceable RI could be part of a TO. Board friendly predator offered cheap shares and able to buy shares that are not taken up in the RI. Our shares diluted, our voices diminished and the existing CTP Board has a stronger hand to do what they like?
