It appears that the sophisticated investors and the Institutions have been given the first bait of the cherry and we have been given what is left and allocated on a pro-rata basis.
So, although not 100% sure, I don't think that we will be entitled to apply for anything in excess. If may left, although not sure, it could be allocated to the underwriter.
In the meantime the sophisticated and the institutions would have already received their allocation of shares and will start selling them on market while we are still waiting for our boat to reach the wharf.
Selling at 12 cents and more is at least a 20% profit for them.
So watch for the shares manipulation to come now.
