As I have stated before, the issue is not the current sentiment in the oil/gas industry or even the incompetence of LWP board and managment. LWP never produced any proppants , they only made out they had. The ATO is aware of this as they were tipped off and did their own investigation into these crooks , hence no rebate!!!
People keep coming up with reasons why this company has failed , incompetence , industry sentiment , etc etc . It was just a SCAM all along, pure and simple!! Just call all the big proppant producers in the USA and ask if they have ever been contacted by LWP !!!
