Posts written by this individual were observed to occur before and after announcements. The very announcements they were likely scribing and had access to.

If trades were made by this individual the situation could be seen as bordering on the wrong side of legal, perhaps a conflict of interest or at the very least - an "oversight".

A journalist could very easily uncover identities (as HC members have) and with some power look into relationships, conversations and financial records.
