That's a very bold statement coming from the companies own twitter account,,I'm always fairly conservative, but if this is just an average good deal would they put out these type of words on twitter??

You'd have to think this will be something spectacular now right? Otherwise if it's just a regular S2 Cr from the Chinese which everyone was expecting anyway, they'd be shooting themselves on the foot with an anticlimax putting out wow! statements on twitter one would think.
