The question now is did AGY team secure the High Level Stage 3 and Value-adding Commercial Agreements with the investor.. If yes then it is hard to imagine how high the SP could rise. Especially considering many here have estimates for stage 3 CAPEX at close to 100m or higher. I guess we will find out soon enough
