My view is clearly YES it does include stage 3 subject to a lot of varying commercial conditions. Hence why its taken so long to iron out those conditions, the said conditions need to cater for a variety of situation that may evolve.

.....and secondly I don't find it hard to imagine how high the SP could rise. I have quite a wild imagination though but that's just me.

Question......did we have 2 or 4 MOU parties? I recall it was 2 plus 2 other Chinese parties (names confidential) that went straight to DD? There's been a few drinks since then.
