Tend to agree. I don't think we'll see anything binding for stage 3 until there's a JORC resource. With the volumes forecasted for stage 2 I think a binding deal for stage 2 funding without a JORC is a possibility, with some kind of MOU for stage 3.
This would also fit better with ML's price target.
