I have no idea of what the CR details are. However, a quick look at the 3oth June cash position ($794k) and forecast spend ($525) in Sep Qtr would mean by end Oct or early Nov they are broke.
They would have a reasonable idea of options conversions and so far have raised only $2k from this so they need a backup plan to stay solvent.
