Request for Trading Halt
Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1 Tyranna Resources
Limited (ASX : TYX) request an
immediate trading halt in respect of its securities
.
The trading halt is requested until the commencemen
t of trading on Thursday 24
August 2017 or upon the release of an announcement
to the market by the Company
regarding a capital raising.
The Directors are not aware of any reason why a tra
ding halt should not be granted
