It depends on how the bargaining goes.
I am pretty sure that when SFR had Posco come in x 2, and OZL too, neither was offered a seat on the Board. I'll have to check about Posco though to be sure.
Such an investor would probably have as a major criterion before investing that management was doing a very good job, so let that continue.
