The fact it has gone into TH suggests it not related to the 3B notice as that was already news to the market and legally they can't give it to someone else to take it up as until it expires option holders can still legally excercise them...

I'm hoping it is a strategic placement linked to the DSO/MOU but would have liked management to mention those words or some wording such as "Strategic" in the TH - it only 3 letters??

That possibly only leaves - a fresh share placement/cap raise. The issue is who is getting in on the action and why? Possibly a cornerstone investor sniping up shares at low prices (and thinks there is upside yet) but can't buy on market without lifting SP too high - but unlikely placement price will be at at 5c as they could have just swooped up all those options on market last week and excercise it themselves. this suggest placement is at least 2-5M at 3.5-4.5 cents...

I have no idea either just deducing here....
