I don't blame you and I imagine there are a lot of disgruntled shareholders who are looking to sell into any short term SP improvement. And if they manage to raise equity then how many of those people are looking for a quick 10% trade.
There's a whole bunch of great spec opportunities out there, VRC isn't one of them in my view.
