I agree wkt. This is a CR to stay solvent... end of story.
There will be no project financing without a PFS at the absolute minimum. And if you use GPX as a case example for dealing with CNBM they will need a bulk sample, their own testing back in China and even their own PFS before proceeding. GPX have been through all these steps and still haven't received one dollar yet. It's a very, very long process.
